Norris founded NJG Construction: which would, soon-after, be known as Gremillion Homes.
He quickly gained a reputation for taking on high-end custom home projects. Norris was not only a builder but also a craftsman and an artist. He had a passion for design and was known for hand-drawing many of his house plans. Designing homes was not just a profession for Norris; it was an art form.
He taught his son, Keith all he knew, as-well-as advised him creatively during his 20+ years of ownership.
Next, Keith carried forward the values of quality and excellence instilled by his father.
Over the next 20 years, Keith expanded the company’s presence on the Northshore, tackling large-scale custom projects and earning accolades.
Keith’s philosophy—to go above and beyond what other builders were doing—ensured that every home was not only beautiful but built to last a lifetime.
Keith, alongside Norris, taught Garrett & Kelley all that 20+ years of experience contained.
Today, the duo co-owns the business.
They continue the family tradition of building luxury custom homes with a personal touch. From collaborating with clients on design to crafting unique in-house features, Garrett and Kelley remain dedicated to creating homes that exceed expectations.
With their mechanical engineering backgrounds and project engineering experience, they bring a deep understanding of complex systems and a problem-solving approach to every project, ensuring seamless integration of design, engineering, and construction.
